We are seeking passionate, results-driven Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our growing team. As a Concierge Manual Therapist at J.I.M., you will:
Provide customized, results-driven manual therapy treatments focused on pain relief, mobility restoration, and functional recovery.
Work with private clients, luxury residential communities, corporate wellness programs, and VIP events.
Conduct postural assessments and apply advanced bodywork techniques such as Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Assisted Stretching, and Joint Mobilization.
Educate clients on preventative self-care strategies to enhance long-term wellness.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and client progress notes.
Work autonomously in high-end, professional settings while delivering an elite wellness experience.
Requirements
✔ Active Florida LMT License
✔ 2+ years of hands-on experience (Preferred but not required)
✔ Expertise in advanced modalities (Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Assisted Stretching, Sports Recovery, or willingness to train)
✔ Professional presence, strong client communication skills, and reliability
✔ Liability insurance & CPR certification (Required for 1099 therapists)
✔ Must have own mobile setup (table, linens, supplies) for contract positions
