Cancellation Policy
At Jim’s Integrative Massage (J.I.M.), we offer complimentary consultations to help businesses and event organizers customize powerful wellness solutions. To respect our time and other prospective clients, we have established the following policy: 📆 Consultation Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment at least 12 hours in advance. Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel within 12 hours or fail to attend your scheduled consultation without notice, future consultations may require a $50 refundable booking deposit to secure your next meeting. 🤝 Respecting Time Consultation slots are limited to ensure personalized service.
