Cancellation Policy

At Jim’s Integrative Massage (J.I.M.), we’re committed to delivering expert concierge wellness services directly to your home, office, hotel, or event location. Please note that all bookings are subject to location review. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that falls outside our designated service zones or requires travel that could impact other scheduled clients. In such cases, our team will promptly reach out to reschedule at the next best available time or offer an alternative solution. We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment—cancellations made within 6 hours will incur a $50 late cancellation fee to honor our therapists’ time and allow us to serve others.
